Je t'aime à la folie...

A la folie...in French, it means "to love wildly, madly". Ahh, French...the language, the accent(especially the accent, yum yum, oui oui mademoiselles!) 

But I'm going off on a tangent again, when I want to direct you lovelies to a store that I very recently re-discovered, named AlaFolie! I used to visit the store back in 2010, and owned some very lovely dresses from there...but then when I got bit by the Azul bug, I sort of threw almost all of my formal dresses that weren't Azul or Purple Moon into my trash, and AlaFolie went the way of the dodo bird for me...

Until...

I got a notecard from a subscribomatic to Mimi's Choice(aaaah, Mimi's...I can't even begin to describe the amazingness there, so that will have to come another day), featuring AlaFolie, so I opened the notecard and...to my surprise, they were making mesh clothes! So I grabbed my sister and niece(and my brother too, he was grumbling and we made him carry our bags), and we went over...and I saw this gorgeous number:

Meet "Elisabeth"!

I made a really loud squealing noise when I saw this dress. It's so perfect with the mix of mesh bustier, a flexi flouncy skirt that hits right at the knee, and an adorable wrap with a flower clasp! The L$1000 pricetag almost made me hesitate, but if you join the group, you can get this dress at a 20% discount!

And the great thing about this dress is the fact that it looks just as adorable when worn without the wrap! You can totally dress it up or down...the jewelry you choose will definitely determine whether you're going for a more formal look or a casual look. I chose to go with my gut and wear a statement piece from Donna Flora:

Donna Flora offers mesh jewelry as well as sculpted pieces...and all of them are just amazing. Definitely a favorite store of mine.
