Right now, I know the following groups have access for a media preview to the sims:

SL Bloggarti group (Application required to join group) 

Blogger & Vlogger network group (Group is closed during early access)

Starting tomorrow, June 6th, designers for the Vintage Fair will be sending out demos to The Pale Girl Productions group and this group will have 24 hour early access to the event.

During the 1st week after opening, the complexity limit will be 50000, so if you cannot get/stay in due to complexity reason, this is why.
Tips on lowering your complexity:
Take off your hair. 

Take off your head.
Take off your body.

Sims are PG so please do not remove your clothes lol
Take demos home so you can see them properly.  Especially appliers.  With lag, sometimes items will not load right. The event will be open for 2 weeks so you will be able to go back. 

Remove any unnecessary attachments (Kids, pets, rides, jewelry, rp accessories, sexy parts, etc)
